SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All our items are shipped with precision and extra packaging to make sure your item(s) arrive in the way they are meant too. All items will be dispatched within 14 working days and some items are dispatched next working day! (Please allow up to 14 working days on busy occasions however we do try to get orders out within 5 working days)
EASY RETURNS
We accept returns, if the item does not arrive in the the way it should then please email us at customerservices@dbuk2020.com along with photographic evidence of any damages and we can start this return process. This must be done within 14 working days of receiving your item(s).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once we have sent your order, you will receive an email to say it has been dispatched, you should then receive your item within 3 working days. You will also get an email from Royal Mail or one of our couriers along with a tracking code and when they expect to deliver it (please allow up to 7 working days and if it still hasn't arrived please email us diversityboutique2020@gmail.com so we can sort this out at the earliest convenience)
